Registration and Fees
Registration for the 2024-25 CWR Auditions will open on October 7, 2024 and close on November 7, 2024. We will be using AuditionWare for registration this year for both the video round and the semi-final/final round. AuditionWare can be accessed through your member page on nats.org.
Please note: This information is for registering for the video round ONLY. Once judging is complete, we will update this page to include information for the semi-final and final rounds. For more information about the structure of our auditions, please visit the audition structure page.
Registration fees*, which include conference participation, are as follows:
Teacher registration: $55
Student registration: $45 (includes one category)
Additional categories: $30 each
*There will be additional fees for teacher “non-attendance” for the video round and for the live auditions.
Teachers register their students and pay all fees using AuditionWare. All registration must be completed by November 7. We also have the following soft deadlines:
- Nevada District Deadline: 11-2-24
- Utah District Deadline: 11-3-24
- Arizona District Deadline: 11-4-24
- Northern California District Deadline: 11-5-24
- Southern California District Deadline: 11-6-24
- Hawaii District Deadline: 11-7-24
Before registering, please have the following information for each student:
- Date of birth
- Home address and phone number
- Email address (parent email for students under 18)
- Title and Composer for each piece being submitted. Category repertoire requirements can be found here.
- Separate YouTube links for each piece being submitted. You can indicate the starting selection for each student with the number 1, eg. “1. A Change in Me”
While you’ll still need to enter all of this information into AuditionWare, NATS offers this pdf that your students can fill out for Items 1-3.
***Please make sure to follow the video instructions and repertoire guidelines very carefully. Failure to do so may result in students being asked to sing for comments only.
